SSAC announces Cheer All-Conference awards

MARIETTA, Ga. – The Southern States Athletic Conference releases its competitive cheer All-Conference award-winners on Friday, honoring three members of the Loyola Wolf Pack. Caylon Mike, Makayla Tilley and Sky Pele were all selected by the league to the All-Conference First Team during the SSAC Championship banquet Friday evening, ahead of Saturday's championship competition. 
 

To earn All-Conference honors, athletes were judged on a variety of skills. To earn Barnes & Noble College All-Academic honors, student-athletes must be in their third semester or later and have a GPA of 3.25 or higher. For the Champions of Character Team, coaches nominated their own student-athletes.
 

The SSAC Championship is set for Saturday in Marietta, Georgia. Loyola also competed in the Life University Classic on Friday, taking fifth place out of seven teams.
